Our Catering

The same care we have for fresh, organically-grown and local wheat used in our pastas applies to all our sauces, salads and sides in our catering menus. Season permitting, we try to source ingredients locally and from Farmers we personally know and developed long lasting relationships with.

We custom design menus based on guests needs (Yes! we have gluten free pasta!) and pride ourselves for crafting real food. Locally sourced, artisanal and delicious.

Fusilli “Bouldergnese”

 Slow-cooked ragu of carrots, celery, onions, sweet peppers, tomatoes, portabella mushrooms with bay leaves and fresh herbs. Our veggie version of the celebrated Bolognese ragu
