Small batch fresh fettuccine with our Bouldergnese sauce! Inspired by the revered ragu from Bologna, ours is a vegetarian version made with organic tomatoes, baby bella mushrooms, sweet bell peppers, onions, garlic, fresh herbs (parsley, oregano, thyme). Slow cooked to perfection!
Our pastas are crafted from fresh milled in house heirloom and ancient wheat. They are all organic and 100% whole.
