Small batch fresh lasagne with our Bouldergnese sauce! Inspired by the revered ragu from Bologna, ours is a vegetarian version made with organic tomatoes, roasted carrots, celery, baby bella mushrooms, sweet bell peppers, onions, garlic, fresh herbs (parsley, oregano, thyme). Slow cooked to perfection! Also layered with fresh hand made egg lasagne noodles, Bechamel Sauce, Fontina and Parmesan Cheese and Sauteed fresh Spinach.
Our pastas are crafted from fresh milled in house heirloom and ancient wheat. They are all organic and 100% whole.
